We just found out we’re having another boy and that means our boys will be 13 months apart. We have 2 bedrooms available to use but we were thinking of making one of them their actual "bedroom" where the beds and dressers are and the other one their "playroom" with all their toys, extra clothes & diapers…etc.
Does anyone else have suggestions for us? The rooms are directly across the hall from each other and no matter what we’re going to paint/decorate them the same colors/theme so we can mix and match all of their stuff.
I’m a very energetic person and i can NOT sit at a desk and type for 8 hours a day 5 days a week, it would drive me insane!! I AM NOT A PAPER PUSHER! What kind of jobs are there that can get me out of a desk and interacting with people?? I still want a steady income and i love working with kids

I’m a 13 and i’ve had my room since i was 6, so my parents are letting me re-decorate. I’ve been looking for ideas but most people include pink and i hate pink. I’ve really liked the zebra sheets from pb teen but they’re a bit expensive. i really like punk and indie rock so i want that to play a role in my room along with functionality because its a little small. i also lax and play fockey a lot. i’m aloud to get a couch that we have and my favorite colors are purple, neon green, blue, navy and any neon colors!

I have a bedroom that has been made into a guestroom and playroom for my 9 and 11 yr old girls. Since they don’t play with toys much I am thinking of making it into a game/music room and guest room. I want to add color to the walls but not sure what color. My carpet is tan and the sofa sleeper is a beige/moss green color. The two throw pillows that came with the couch have the colors beige, merlot and burgundy. The decor I want to go with is music notes and posters (we have Jonas and Twilight fans). There are three walls to paint as one wall is a full mirror closet. The room is layed out walk in door full wall on the left (tv is on the wall), wall to right full wall with sofa/sleeper and wall in front of you on other side of room has a big window with white plantation shutters, back wall full length mirror closets and white ceiling fan. I have a shelf that white with 9 squares in it for games/books, and a kids table also in the room. I am trying to avoid the color yellow, pink, purple because we already have these colors in our bedrooms. The rest of our house is painted tan/beige. I was also of thinking of hanging music themed decor or painting music notes on the wall. What color should I paint the walls and what decorating tips do you have?

Remember back in elementary school, everyone would tape some cardboard paper to their desk and all the kids would drop in cheesy valentines day cards? Where can you purchase cards like that? I’ve checked the local grocery stores with no luck.
