Does anybody have any idea’s for a chalkboard wall for a child’s room?
we recently moved into a new house, and my son has a bedroom and a toy/play room. I am having difficulties figuring out what i should decorate the play room in. I had the idea of chalk walls, does anybody have any good ideas or experience with this? your ideas are greatly appriciated!
dark blue or black vinyl matt will act the same as a chalk board
also if a small child is going to be in a room with chalks crayons and paints i would advice doing the lower half of the room with eggshell as it can be wiped clean.
You can get this paint that is magnetic and makes a chalk board surface. It is not as good as a real chalkboard, but at least you can draw on it and put things up with magnets. They also make dry erase paint which is fun too. Sorry, I am not sure what it is called – I bet you can find it if you google it.
U can get those new led light marker things and he can draw on the wall and then it vanishes in 60 secs =] its cool i want some of those my self
